Las Vegas Pre-travel Checklist & Check-In

  • Visit the Welcome Center for check-in at the Las Vegas Visitors Center, located within “The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower.”
  • Locate the Welcome Center near the west rideshare entrance, to the right of the Sports Book entrance.
  • Check-in at the Welcome Center is permissible during operational hours.
    • Hours of Operation:
  • For arrivals after hours, contact the Welcome Center in advance; reservations won’t be held without prior notification.
  • If arriving after hours, check-in must occur the following morning before 10:00 AM.
    • Failure to comply will result in:
      • Being charged the full retail rate for the stay.
      • Forfeiture of the remaining package and any previously collected funds.
  • Ensure all members listed on the reservation are present for check-in.
    • Bring valid government-issued photo identification to receive vouchers.
    • Acceptable IDs: US Driver’s License, US State ID, or US Passport.
  • Married and cohabitating couples must show proof of the same household via matching addresses on their IDs.
  • Sales presentations will be scheduled at the Welcome Center, with lodging vouchers issued there as well.
